Counselling & therapy for grief & loss and trauma

psychotherapist based in Sutherland, supporting adults & adolescents navigate grief, trauma and life’s deepest losses

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker as well as an approved NSW Victims Of Crime counsellor, who is passionate about helping people from all walks of life.

I have been working with individuals and their families for over two decades.

I am specifically experienced in trauma, grief and loss and supporting those diagnosed and impacted by chronic and life-threatening illness.

I offer gentle, evidence-based support to help you understand what you're facing, feel less overwhelmed, and move forward at your own pace.

In different cultures around the world, a blue door represents peace, warmth, hospitality, loyalty, dependability, growth and new beginnings. My aim is to ensure people feel welcomed, in a warm, caring and trustworthy setting.
